Well, I tried to follow my friend's blog post at making bread (the gluten version) and well. Here's the picture version of how somehow went.

Tasted alright, but I has a sad that it's not what I wanted. :(
Go get a $5 box of GF flour and some xanthan gum and make it line mine if it tastes like sad. :P
